James and Chris Seiler have over 25 years of pastoral, coaching, and counseling experience. After they married (1997) in Northern California, they served as youth and college pastors for 10 years, impacting hundreds of students and seeing countless families restored. After that season of ministry ended, they planted two churches that greatly impacted their cities. During that time, they served as church plant directors for an international denomination, helping a number of churches launch and reach their communities. 
 
In June of 2019, they resigned from their second church plant, Real Life Church of Galt, where they pastored for 10 years and followed God's lead across the country to East Tennessee.  It was there they launched the Authentic Movement to support ministers, awaken the church, equip believers, and reach the lost.  Recently, the Seiler's and their amazing team, launched Authentic Church in Alcoa TN.  Who knows, you might want to check it out? James and Chris have five amazing children,(1 married, 1 in college, 3 still at home) and one son-in-law.
